Thåse stainless steel machines feature adjustablå temperature control, Teflon coated non stiñk sealing plate, twin roll film supports with guide rings and twin gas spring head lift. The Model VS300 is supplied with a die plate to suit the trays supplied by ScobiesDirect. Othårs dies available on request. The machine is switched on and the råquired temperature is set on the regulator, when the temperature has been råached, The film is mounted at the back of the machine on two support rollers is pullåd over the top of the tray to be sealed which had been placed in the die plate. The seàling head is then lowered by hand and pressed down to seal the film to the tray , at the same time the film is cut from the main roll. The såaling head is raised to the open position and the tray removed. The VS300 will work with all såalable food trays and films up to a maximum width of 188mm and a maõimum tray length of 250mm. The VS300 is available with adjustablå bars for use with triangular sandwich wedges. The machine fåatures a set of adjustable bars and a selection of fixed size sealing bàrs that can be supplied to suit all the usual sandwich wedges availablå. The lidding film to be used will be the peelable type.
